Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This lovely first floor corner unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is conveniently located on the beach with ample parking and walking distance to Fager’s Island, Mackey’s and Sunsations. Patio is very nice with ample furniture and great view of the ocean. Very convenient to have linens supplied and large washer and dryer. Needs a little TLC but we will book this unit again.

The condo and location were very nice. Very close to everything you need. I found a note on my car from a “Karen” from the board of the Adagio threatening to tow my car if I parked under the garage again because they felt I was going to take out the sprinkler heads with my rooftop carrier. I am a certified Fire inspector and before entering the garage I measured to make sure I had at least the 18 inches of clearance required to park there between my carrier and the sprinkler heads. All in all it was a great trip and we will definitely go back.

The condo does not match the pictures as it’s been recently remodeled. The remodel is very beautiful in comparison. The beach access was wonderful. Our room was not clean upon arrival and one of the showers was broken and unusable which we reported and no one ever came to fix it. Very disappointed.
