It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Condo was clean but outdated, could really use some upgrades. The location, the balcony view and beach access make up for everything else. Will certainly return to this rental again.

Beds were very comfortable. Condo was well equipped. The view from the balcony was perfect even though this condo is on the second floor. The property itself is situated very close to the dunes which is important to know if anyone in your party has mobility issues. It’s an extremely easy walk to the beach with hard pack sand.
