Book this incredible third-floor condo less than two blocks from the shore when planning your next family getaway to the beach! This corner retreat offers a wraparound balcony with several chairs and access to a sparkling community outdoor pool. Snuggle up on one of the sofas to read a favorite book or watch an entertaining show on the TV in the living area. (The fireplace is not operational.) Then, when mealtime comes around, prepare memorable meals or beach snacks for the group in the well-equipped kitchen. It has every major appliance the group chef could need to surprise guests with their favorite recipes. There's even a dishwasher for easy and fast post-meal clean-up. The adjoining dining table is perfect for formal family meals. Planning on packing light? A washer/dryer on site will make this come true!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit was very nice. We rented it because it had a fireplace but we couldn't get it to work. We contacted Vacasa, and were told someone would be getting in contact with us about it. Three days later and still nothing. The unit was nice, but the response from Vacasa was definitely lacking.

From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out our expectations were exceeded. The communication excellent, the place clean and very well stocked, the on site pool was great and the location perfect. So much to do in mid town Ocean City. We will definitely return on a future to to Ocean City. Two thumbs up. The only down side was the bedroom TVs did not work, but it was well communicated ahead of time and we didn't really need them.
