The shower room is small

An absolute gem! The location is fantastic—just a short, pleasant walk to the sea. The views and sunsets from the property are truly extraordinary. The apartment is extremely well-equipped and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom features a spacious and comfortable shower. Having both a dishwasher and a washing machine (with detergents provided) was a wonderful bonus. Free parking on-site is a great convenience, and the hosts were always available and responsive whenever we had questions.

The bathroom at ground floor needs some maintenance.

B2 is situated in a quiet street, with enough room to park the car. The outdoor space and the view are fabulous. The property has almost everything it needs for a wonderful stay for two persons: comfortable beds and high ceiling in the main bedroom, lots of closets and shelves in the bedroom and the bathroom, clean sheets, good quality towels, kitchen fully equipped with everything needed - far beyond what is generally expected of holiday rentals (dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, mugs, dishwasher, complimentary coffee pods, olive oil, water and wine in the fridge ), very large bathroom with modern shower and toiletries on the first floor, very good pressure on non-stop hot water. If this had been a place for two, we would have given it a top score.

This property was promoted as sleeping 4 people, which is why we booked it, as a family of four adults. However, the second bedroom is actually a sort of a tiny storeroom under the roof, accessible by a very steep ladder. The limited volume of air and the low ceiling (leading to the room being unbearably hot) make it difficult for one person to sleep there, let alone two! The space does have an air conditioning unit, but it being very close to the bed made it impossible to use while being in the room. The photographs posted on Booking are misleading (there are two photos, from different angles, of the master bedroom and none of the other "bedroom"). There is a couch in the living room, but the area of the living room/kitchen is not air conditioned, which was extremely frustrating, especially after we had asked in advance whether all rooms are air conditioned and we were assured they were. There are lots of stairs (steep ladder to the improper bedroom, spiral staircase to the living/dining area), which is why we cannot recommend it for a family with young children or for people that may have disabilities. The fridge is dated, but large and working properly. However, the microwave oven needs replacing - every time we used it the electricity got cut off! On arrival, we had to pay 56 extra euro for the Climate Resilience Tax, which is another thing we had not been informed about when booking the place - our invoice states that all taxes were included (the owners blamed Booking.com for the lack of information).

Ne mogu reci da mi se nije dopalo, mozda smo mi malo krupni za tus kabinu, ali je unuku bila odlicna. Suprug i ja smo koristili tus na terasi.
