The apartment is so cozy and the host Stavros was amazing - smooth and quick communication, no issues faced; he was always happy to help. Perfect for a long stay with friends or family. Especially good was that there are two bathrooms and two balconies - perfectly equipped, a great value for money. It’s closer to Paradisos beach but you need to brace yourself for some walking.
The only drawback is that the small bathroom upstairs doesn’t have a shower stand, it’s only a handheld, which can be inconvenient, especially for ladies. There is only one socket to charge phones on the second floor (if that can be a problem at all, downstairs there are plenty).
It was totally fine for us but the stairs to the second floor (and in the building) might be a problem if you have mobility issues of any kind or huge luggage.

The apartment was super clean and very cosy! Just above the center of New Marmaras , the location was perfect for no car walks in the village and very close to all mini markets , restaurants and bars. The view was stunning and endless , the sea beneath merges with the clouds and makes the morning coffee a blissful ritual!

Strategic excellent location, close to the center and shore, but in an quite area with excellent parking situation. Small shops and bakery in a few meters and the city center in a few minutes walk.
Barely nothing to complain about.

The views are the greatest asset of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Something to be aware of is that check-in is at 17:00.
