On the beach Neos Marmaras

Location, just superb! Beach is on 30 seconds walk from the apartment. For me, very big thing - Faucets, with drinking water, are all over the premises, and on the beginning of every apartment approach, every terrace.... Very nice! Friendly and domestic atmosphere around the premises. City and groceries are near. Beach is peaceful, not many people. Two sun-beads, two chairs and a sun-umbrella were waiting on the beach for us, just for the users of the apartment. Terrace is big. And the view from the terrace...wow. Kitchen appliances very satisfying. Dishes of all sizes.... If necessary, constant contact with owners is available. Couple of days before trip, owners contacted us and shared all needed details and info about the location and app's they use, and can be reached on.

In upper room, auto traffic can get loud with open terrace door. But there is an air condition in the room and it can be fixed by closing the door. Friendly suggest would be to add a cutting board, a vegetable peeler and any kind of a knife sharpener in the kitchen.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutto e si trova in un posto tranquillissimo, pace assoluta, con la spiaggia letteralmente sotto casa. I gestori non parlano inglese, ma sono super gentili ed accoglienti. Il supermercato ed i negozi ed il centro di Neos Marmaras sono raggiungibili a circa 3km, in auto. All'inizio pensavamo di cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno, ma si stava talmente bene qui, con la spiaggetta "privata" e con pochissima gente intorno, che di giorno non ci siamo mai mossi (venivamo da una settimana di tour della Grecia del nord).

L'unica pecca è la vicinanza della strada che porta a Neos Marmaras: dalla stanza matrimoniale si sente passare il traffico, se si lasciano le finestre aperte (ma basta chiuderle e, in caso di bisogno, accendere il climatizzatore e non si sente più nulla)

Das etwas ältere Haus liegt direkt am Meer und hat einen kleinen Strand. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Das Apartment ist schön renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt waren immer ansprechbar. Restaurants und Shops sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Leider liegt das Haus direkt an der Durchgangsstraße. Wir fanden den Verkehr, insbesondere nachts sehr störend.

A Neos Marmaras abbiamo perso il senso del tempo. Ci siamo immersi in una realtà rilassata e fuori dal solito quotidiano tanto da non sapere più che giorno fosse. La casa è funzionale e molto carina. Vista mozzafiato e terrazzo comodissimo. Bellissimo l'accesso privato alla spiaggia, che è un angolo di paradiso (la foto è del tramonto dalla spiaggia) È presente tutto quello che può servire per soggiornare per diverso tempo, e non solo la biancheria ma ingredienti per la cucina, detersivi, saponi, ecc. La casa ha zanzariere in ogni finestra. La cosa più unica, è l'accoglienza e gentilezza di Pavlos e Maria e dei loro genitori, e anche di tutto il vicinato. Un complesso di case frequentato da greci in vacanza. Sarebbe stato bello parlare greco per partecipare alle loro cene.
