MK Seaside Stays

I had a very pleasant stay at MK Seaside Stays and would happily return. The apartment is new, modern, and tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture and premium finishes. We especially appreciated the two separate bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchenette, the spacious bathroom, the balcony/terrace, and the fact that there are two air conditioning units—one in each bedroom. The apartment also provided towels, toiletries, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of its biggest advantages is the location. It is just a short walk from the center of Neos Marmaras, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, while still being far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at night. Overall, these are only minor points and did not affect our enjoyment of the stay. If you are looking for a new, stylish, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location, MK Seaside Stays is an excellent choice for a vacation in Neos Marmaras.

There are just a couple of small improvements that could make the stay even better. A dining table in the kitchenette area would be very useful. Also, natural ventilation is limited because the bedrooms and bathroom do not have their own windows, and all the openings are located on the same side of the apartment. As a result, it is not possible to create natural airflow, so the air conditioning becomes essential during hot summer days.
