Excellent location with great facilities and access to a beautiful quiet beach

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, with easy access to many beautiful beaches such as Neos Marmaras, Tristinika, Lagomandra, and Kalogria, to name just a few. From the apartment, you can walk to a lovely small beach with allocated sunbeds. Great restaurants not far too. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels are fresh (towels can be replaced every two days upon request). There’s always hot water, and the plumbing works perfectly. We especially enjoyed the stunning sunset and seaside views from the balcony and the garden tables. The property is a complex of apartments and studios, so it might not be ideal if you're seeking complete privacy and quiet. However, guests were discreet, and the staff made sure to preserve a peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great choice for families. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful making our stay even more pleasant.

The water from the shower tends to spill over, making the floor wet. It's not a major issue though, as you can easily dry it up using the bath mat.

Firendly owners and staff

The owners and stuff were very helpful. The property has free parking. They allowed us to check in early. The bed was not very soft, but that was not a problem for us. In the room, there were complimentary water, drinks, and sweets. There were mosquito screens on the doors, and also mosquito repellent in the room. We didn’t use the kitchen area, but it was equipped with sufficient utensils. We ordered from the property’s bar; the portions were adequate and the food was delicious. The property has its own beach. The beach area is pebbly, but the sea floor is sandy. There were free sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for our room number(room 4). We were very comfortable with our two small children. There were enough tables and chairs in the garden. The view was beautiful. The owners gave us detailed information about the restaurants and places we wanted to visit. After our car trip from England to Greece, thanks to them, we had an amazing two days. This lovely property, which has become one of the places we want to visit again, will be dearly missed.

A really nice and quite hotel with private beach where you can relax. We will be back here!

The location has its own private beach, 20m away. The inner yard is always covered by shadow due to the tall trees. Each apartment had their own sunbeday. The beach is not crowded. Only the people from the hotel.

We stayed at a separate building near the hotel which was really nice. But it had old style windows and doors which were not closing good enough. The cleaning in the rooms was ok, but it can be improved. I usually swept around the room every morning.

Superb

The garden, the beach and water of the sea are amazing! Perfect for families with children. The sea is very clean with no waves, and sand. You go far away in the sea before it gets deep. A lot of silence on the beach, and not crowdy because it is private, only for the people staying at the property. The parking is also private and has roof covers for each car. The bar in the garden has many options and the homemade pizza was amazing. The host is nice and ready to help you with anything you need.

The bathroom in the room was small, and the apartment a bit too crowdy. The cleaning could be a lot better and there was no insect net at the door. That was a problem because we really had troubles with mosquitos in the room. The holiday was beautiful and we had a very relaxing time there, but it can be room for improvements!

Exceptional

This is the second time we visit the place and will definitely come back again. Quiet place, unobtrusive owners, nice and calm, perfect for a good rest. The greatest advantage for us was the beach in the yard. We also liked the big terrace, perfect for long breakfast or drink in the evening.

We had to use the car to go to the near restaurants. Not really a problem for us, but if the munisipality spare some money for a side walk, it would make it perfect to walk to Neos Marmaras, the distance is quite short.

Good location, nice beach

Bathroom-toilette tank out of usage, the owners know about the problem, but say "thay could not resolve the problem", tigtly packed appartmens, no privacy at all, terraces divided wit semitransparenr curtains.

Pleasant

Very nice garden, private beach with sunbeds, very clean water.

The room was too small and all the facilities were not on the expected level ( bathroom and kitchen too small and without some basic stuff), having in mind the high price paid for the apartment. The access to the beach is with stairs, so it is not recommended if you are coming with a 2-year old Cleaning is done once every two days.

The location is lovely, nice and quiet. Lots of shade and the convenience of having a private beach at your disposal. The room was clean, the highlight was the patio, you can use it to have a nice dinner and looking at the amazing night-sky.

The option to walk to nearby town is close to 0, you would have to use the roadway, there is no sidewalk, This is valid for most of the area. We walked ~100m to a nearby hotel and used their beachfront to reach the promenade alongside the beach. Excellent restaurant options nearby.

Beautiful and quiet place, clear sea, nice beach where each apartment has its own umbrella and sunbeds. Pleasant environment, well equipped apartment, everything clean and maintained. Family atmosphere - very nice hosts willing to help with any problem :) Possibility to use the shady garden with many seating options and barbecue. We also very much appreciated the "bar" where it was possible to buy refreshments. Nearby several taverns, bakery, shop... Just everything you need for a pleasant holiday.

The nearest shops are only about 10 minutes walk away, but unfortunately you have to walk along the busy main road, which is not very pleasant. But of course you can go by car :) For us (non-smokers with kids) it was annoying that smoking is allowed everywhere (including the beach).

Very good location, private beach with natural shade, superb view from the balcony, nice garden. Great choice for the families with babies or young children.

Our apartment had a very strange setup: it was basically 2-bedroom aparment with almost no living space, sofa, coffee table etc. Facilities should be renovated, especially kitchen tools and equipment.

Great stay with private beach and a big garden

Strongly recommend A&C Michalidi to all travellers but especially families with children and/or dogs. The accommodation has a wonderful garden and direct access to the beach which makes it extremely comfortable if you have a baby or a pet. One of our rooms was upgraded for free for extra comfort which was highly appreciated. The kitchens are small but they are equipped with basic cutlery, crockery, pots and pans so cooking something simple is possible. There is a supermarket nearby and all restaurants in the area deliver take away. One of the best features is the opportunity to enjoy the sunset from the beach. If you are a sunset-chaser, this place is for you! We couldn’t try out the garden bar as our visit was in April but we bet it’s good fun in high season. The garden is quite big so we were inspired to do a workout under the big tree.

It was a very friendly family resort and close to all the amenities in the area. Our hosts were great and very accommodating, the rooms very very clean and well maintained. The private beach was great and easily accessible. Sunset views from our rooms awesome! I would highly recommend this place to friends in the future.

Excellent location and outdoors view.

The room was extremely small, only cold water at the shower, 0 nets at the window and plenty of mosquitos, the room doesn't seem to be renovated in a long time (old paint, furniture), bunk beds didn't have protection at the begining (as a result, i jad to sleep in them, to avoid kids falling), AC positioned right in front of the bed (as the room was too small) - we couldn't sleep with it turned on.

The location of A. & C. Michailidi (Haris Mihailidis) is absolutely perfekt - just at the gates of Neos Marmaras (and thus only a few minutes to get to the city center with plenties of shops and restaurants) and at the same time situated at a lovely beach with own beach area and own beach chairs, inviting you to take long swims the whole day. When we arrived (in mid of October 2020) we were offered to use the Penthouse- Suite with large terrace (not offered to be booked at Booking.com) and stunning sea views - without any extra charge. The suite is very clean and equipped with everything you need. All details are arranged and decorated with love and taste. The owners as well as Mr. Costas (as major domus) were extremely polite and accomodative - prepared to assist at any time/ in any way. We enjoyed our stay at A. & C. Michailidi MUCH and definitely will come back! Thousand thanks again! Cordial regards!

Готель розташований у приголомшливому місці Ситонії. Фотографії не передають у повній мірі красу цього місця. Дуже привітний, уважний господар, який постійно тримає руку на пульсі. Чудова і грамотно розпланована територія готелю: багато зон відпочинку; зона барбекю, де Ви можете посмажити м'ясо або рибу; чудовий пляж з власними пронумерованими шезлонгами, за які не потрібно «боротися»; достатня за кількістю місць парковка під авто; якісне прибирання номерів. В 1 км від готелю знаходиться супермаркет і магазин зі свіжою рибою і морепродуктами. Рекомендую і сам ще приїду!

Месторасположение отеля просто шикарное. Ухоженная зеленая территория, по которой "раскиданы" столики кресла. Все располагает к тихому, спокойному отдыху. Море, буквально, у ваших ног. Расположение в заливе не дает разгуляться волнам, что очень удобно для семей с детками. Большой плюс - это естественная тень на берегу. За каждым номером отеля на берегу закреплены шезлонги и зонт, очень удобно для постояльцев. Не первый раз в Греции, но так как следят за чистотой в этом отеле сталкиваюсь впервые. Ежедневная уборка апартаментов и смена полотенец, раз в 3-4 дня смена постельного белья. Обстановка и персонал отеля очень отзывчивы к вашим обращениям, все для вашего позитивного отдыха. Большой респект хозяину и всему персоналу отеля. Совсем недалеко находится городок Неос-Мармарас, где жизнь бурлит и бьет ключом по вечерам. Можно погулять, заняться шопингом, поплавать на кораблике.

Дорогое удовольствие, но мы его выбрали и, не жалеем.
