In is small family hotel in Sitonia, next to Areti camping. Nice, calm place, away from cities, 3 minutes walk to the private beach, very good breakfast, possibility to order diner.

No walking distance restaurants (Areti r-t is closed for externals), but with car Panos is only 3-4 min away

The place is quiet and nice view to the sea with an island in front, breakfast not very diverse but sufficient quantity and healthy. They accept small pets, enough space in room, balcony size good, clean.

1. The bathroom! No glass separator between shower and wc! Splashing water everywhere! Also sewage had a bad smell, we bought an Ajax cleaner, but...useless. Due to the water splashed behind wc and outside wc, on the floor, it was dirt! I took some photos. Also you must throw the used hygenic paper into a bin, but the bin doesn't have a pedal, so it is not at all hygenic. 2. Poor sound insulation! You may listen what the neighbours are speaking inside rooms. 3. No intimacy between balconies, so...you must socialize wether you want it or not.

Quiet location, in a midle of an olive orchard, with a very nice beach.

The balcony was so close from the ones of the neighbours, that we cannot use it. Breakfast is a basic one.
