Golden Venezia Guest Rooms

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El hotel estaba impecable: todo muy limpio, ordenado y bien cuidado. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y con el espacio perfecto para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. La cama fue uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó, ya que era muy confortable y permitió un descanso reparador. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable. Está en el lugar ideal para conocer Venecia caminando, muy cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y con fácil acceso a todo, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más práctica y agradable. Sin duda, es un alojamiento que recomendaríamos y al que volveríamos en una próxima visita a Venecia.

Excellent location! Spacious, clean, comfortable with a welcoming, helpful manager. Cold bottles of water and air-conditioning provided relief from the summer heat. Quiet location made for restful sleep. There was plenty of sleeping space had I been traveling with company.

Optimal choice for budget conscious travellers, but not a luxury or indulgent experience. Spare, vintage furnishings, sometimes in an imperfect state of repair. Initially difficult to find due to a confusing address number and a lack of external signage. I also wish a means to make a morning coffee had been provided.

El cuarto es enorme y fresco. Un Oasis en plena isla veneziana. El check in y out fueron muy claros y flexibles. Excelente trato. Ubicado en una zona cercana a las más pobladas pero claramente más tranquila y barata.

Owners were nice and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp but not so good face to face, which was fine. Bed and pillows very comfortable, so I slept well. Much needed aircon was very good. Good location, easy to get everywhere.

Very basic spartan room that didn't really look like the pictures on booking.com. No comfortable chair to sit on. One tiny table and 2 hardbacked chairs, but with huge wardrobes. Space could have been organised a lot better to make the most of the large room. Much of the bathrom tiling grouting was black and needed a good thorough clean. Boiler in my bathroom fired up loudly everytime anyone in the apartment block used the hot water! Sink plug couldn't be released when I wanted to drain the sink water, but when I let the owners know, it was fixed straight away. Before it was fixed I had to clean my teeth in the shower!! The 'view' identified in the property's description was either looking down on a neighbour's courtyard or looking on to a back street. Not what I was expecting to be honest. A small fridge, TV and coffee maker would have really improved this room. Would I recommend this apartment? No, sorry. I was very disappointed.
