Everything, the room was spacious and had the vintage look with a cute balcony to have your tea and coffee. Staff was excellent and I couldn’t appreciate them more. They arranged a cake, decoration and prosecco at a short notice for my partners birthday, made the whole experience even more wonderful. The place itself is in a quiet place and only 7-10 min walk to Rialto.

The location was perfect for us - quiet, but only 5 minute walk to Grand Canal. Also 5 minutes in opposite direction to airport water drop off. There is a great fruit stall on the same street as hotel. The bed was large , with crisp clean linen. Air conditioning, safe and coffee machine in room meant we had a very comfortable stay - would highly recommend for value and comfort

Centrally located, quick access to the airport ferry and the vaporetto. Also nice walks to the main attractions. Stefan was very helpful and pleasant. The room was cool when we arrived which was nice. The location is silent in the night. It has the basic amenities.
It's very small and crammed. The facilities were very old and not very well maintained, especially the bathroom.
