The pillows and bed were comfy and the aircon was great. The bathroom was very nice and the location is central. The facilities available were very helpful.
It took a while for the hot water to work.

W love possition of property.. I was clean and well looked after. Bloke in charge of property very helpful. Good English. No problem to leave your languages after checking out.. You will get a key from downstairs area just to collect them before going to the airport .5 min walk to fatlntastic area of Venice...One way to town other way to restaurants and bars that are based next to the river...I would recommend to anyone..Net time definitely same accommodation.
It would be handy to have access to iron and at la small fridge in a room that's all...all the rest brilliant

Room was basic but clean and comfy. Aircon unit was good. Shared bathroom was decent. Location appeared decent and was relatively quiet apart from some loud doors. 11:00 check out is generous.
Check-in was dodgy, just a door with a ring button that hardly works. Hotel room isn’t actually the listed address, it is down another street.

It is a cheap and good place to stay for a night
They don’t have mirror inside the room. The location was different from the one indicated when I booked, with no reception. They don’t have shampoo/conditioner.
