The location was excellent and the owner was helpful, pleasant, kind. The old building had character and our room had views of the canal! Breakfast was included.

A very good location, about a 15-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, and there is a Vaporetto stop nearby. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast is simple but definitely enough to start the day. Excellent value for money. There are many little cafés around the area. The house has a true Venetian spirit. I highly recommend it.
It could be cleaner, but that’s only a minor detail. :)
