It was older than the photos showed and also smaller than the advertisement photos, but it was very quaint and the people were very, very nice

The staff were excellent. Professional and friendly. The corridor could do with a freshen up but the room was great. Very clean. Great welcome pack as in biscuits, croissants in packets, tea coffee and a fridge. It was great to have a small area downstairs with drinks making area and the main hotel next door had the same with the addition if pastries. Free wifi. This hotel was a great find and I would definitely go back.

Boutique hotel in a very quiet area of Venice, but short walking distance to major sights and Vaporetto. Close to shops and restaurants. The room was smaller that I had expected but very clean and well stocked. The hearing worked well once I worked out how to use it - there were no instructions. I liked the public seating area / cafe where there was plentiful complimentary tea, coffee and pastries all afternoon and into the evening. ©old value for money

Really good hotel, staff, I think her name was maybe Dena was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. The foyer area is amazing with free afternoon snacks and AC, hotel rooms and lovely, room service is great, couldn’t fault it!
