This property is definitely off the beaten path which is great for sleeping but not so much for getting there upon your arrival.

We loved the quiet authentic italian home. The terrace for breakfast was lovely served on the garden terrace. even though we were out of the busy areas we were still in walking distance to everything including water bus to the airport.

Very comfortable room. Adequate breakfast. Convenient and quiet location. Plenty of good to excellent restaurants within a short walk. A soap holder in the shower would be a good addition. Unless you want US 5* you’ll do well to book here.

Mixed feelings.
Host Marco is great, friendly and helpful. I'd give him 5 stars if there weren't issue with the property.
Room information on Expedia said room has TV but didn't. It also says it has air-conditioning but was told no no during October so not happy about having to open windows for air as the noise affected the quality of sleep.
