Quiet location and an easy walk to some main points like the Rialto Bridge and the grand canal. Check in staff were helpful for our late check in. The air conditioning was amazing .

Check in was at a different location, but was an easy short walk.

It’s an apartment (no lobby or staff). Must check in @ Hotel Ca’ D’Oro). In the apartment, upper banister of the loft seemed wobbly.

The check-in staff at the hotel were really welcoming and helpful. It was just a short walk from the check in location to the actual room itself. The room was spacious, modern, and had everything that we need. The courtyard was beautiful and very private and the bathroom had a really good shower and was also super modern. The location of the room is perfect as it is slightly tucked away from the tourist hot spots so it is much quieter but you can easily get to everything that you need within a maximum of 20 minutes' walk. Also I think it's worth noting: my wife left a necklace in the room, and within a couple of hours of us leaving I had received a WhatsApp message with a picture notifying me. Never had that level of service anywhere we've ever stayed before!

Only very minor thing was that there were a lot of light switches and it was unclear what they were all for! Lots of trying different switches until you got the one you wanted. Didn't affect the stay at all though.

Clean, good location

It was quite difficult to find and then we weren’t aware we had to go to a different hotel to do the check in and pick up our keys. The room was less nice than it looked online in photos but still comfortable.
