The location is excellent in the Cannaregio area close to the Vaporetto but still quiet. This made it easy to get around with suitcases. The courtyard area is a lovely bonus. The staff were very friendly & attentive offering local recommendations.

La chambre était spacieuse, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas à Venise. Nous avions une chambre en rez de chaussée avec accès au jardin, ce qui était très agréable. Le staff était super sympa. La chambre était très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce court séjour. En plus, la chambre est située dans un quartier calme (pas de brouhaha toute la journée) et à proximité de supers restaurants / baccaro qui sont fréquentés par des locaux. Je recommande!
S’il fallait vraiment essayer de trouver un défaut, il est vraiment très marginal : le sol de la chambre était un peu abîmé, sûrement parce que notre chambre était dédiée aux courts séjours donc bénéficier de plus de fréquentations. Mais cela n’était vraiment pas très grave

The location, space and cleanliness
The plug sockets weren’t the usual ones in most cases so very difficult to style your hair in view of a mirror. The flush didn’t work properly

Good location and first impressions a clean room with very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Well informed about checking in and how to reach the hotel prior to arrival, check in was easy and staff were happy to accommodate requests for a fan, steamer and extra pillow.
Unfortunately, let down by Ants in the room, although the room was cleaned and spray was used, there was no immediate action and it wasn’t until a couple of hours later the room was cleaned. Informed no Aircon because of the time of year, but was provided a fan, however, on the last evening the Aircon randomly came on and wouldn’t switch off, too late to address with staff as it was past midnight and we was up early to travel home.
