The proximity to the beach and closeness to a lot of restaurants. The apartment itself seems to be newly renovated and was quite clean with air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area. And the management was quite prompt and helpful about the arrival and also answered our query about travel. It is not a hotel, but an apartment, so please discuss the arrival situation in advance.
The kitchen can be a well equipped. There was an air-fryer and a rice cooker, however an electrical kettle just for heating water would have made more sense.
The bathroom is a bit small but perfectly usable. It would be nice to have a wiper to wipe off the water from the floor and redirect it to the drain to keep the floor a bit more dry
