Great property and location. Excellent host

Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants. Super clean and responsive host.

Parking is a little tricky as this is in a busy area. Being in such a central location means more noise at night.

Perfect

Saranda Apartmant Brajan was the best acommodation that I stayed in my trips. Starting from the host Toni, kind and responsive. He helpt us with parking place and he welcomed us with local vine and cold water. Apartmant is huge, very comfortable and stylish. It was peefect for two couples and even have space for 2 more people to sleep i sofa, Big kitchen, big dining table, fully equiped with kitchenets also you will find basic spices, coffe and tea. Master bedroom is big with lot of closets, very comfortable bad with nice linen. Also this room haa a small bathroom, and balcony. The other room is also big with twin bads and lot of closets. Stylish bathroom with shower, washing machine, and well equiped with soaps, shampoos and other cleaning supplements. All rooms have AC. The balcony is very big, it has relaxing swing chair, table with chairs and also place to hang clothes to dry. Location is great. 3 min walk to many beaches, restaurants, bars, super markets, grocery. The pedestrian of Saranda is 15 min walk, so its strategic location. We will defently come back and highly recomend this aparmant. Thank you Toni.

Great spacious apartment. Amazing value

A very spacious apartment for 4 people. Clean, well equipped and well located. Host was excellent, met us there and helped with any issues. Well located next to lots of resteraunts and beaches, and walkable from the bus and ferry.

Highly recommend

We stayed a night longer because it was such a nice place. Clean, comfortable and good location. The owner was very nice and even came with some food upon departure. Would definitely stay again

Perfect apartment

This is our second time staying at this apartment. Since we stayed last April (2024), the apartment has been redecorated. The kitchen is even better equipped than last time with items previous reviewers requested, good quality pans, utensils etc. The furniture including the beds are very comfortable. The large balcony has sea views. The location is perfect for us, in a quiet area area but still within walking distance to the centre of Sarande. There is a Spar about a 5 minute walk away and a very good highly rated restaurant about 3 minutes away. The host is the probably the best we have experienced in more than 15 years of using Booking.com, he is friendly, kind and very hospitable. He really does care about his guests which is appreciated. If you are looking at staying in Sarande we highly recommend this apartment. Last year we rated the apartment 10/10, if we could rate it higher this year we would. Thanks for a brilliant stay, hopefully we will be back again.

Excellent apartment!

This apartment has everything you may need during your stay. The location is very convenient as well, there is a beach within a very very short walk and the promenade is close by as well. There are restaurants and grocery stores everywhere around the apartment also. Toni, the host, was very welcoming and helpful and made our stay even better. This is definitely a great option to stay in Sarande!

The host is really kind, he gave us some raki, wine, milk, some sweets for kids. It was easy to comunicate, he gave us really good advices for restaurants. He even asked if we are ok after we left.

Super location, great apartment

Close to the beaches (not the main beach on the promenade, but on the other side of the city where the water is clearer, the area is not so noisy as the center and by a surprise - it is a little more breezy at hot nights than the promenade, which is great. And still it is near, only 10 minutes walk to the city centar.) Very clean, big and comfy apartment, new furniture, fully equipped kitchen. The host is offering clean sheets and towels every 3 days. He is willing to help about anything you may need, he even prepared bottled water, juice and 2 bottles of wine before the arrival and offered to bring us more if we needed. Very friendly and polite, but not bothering you in the holiday. Simply great, Toni is a great host - keep it that way.

It's hard to find a parking in the peak of the season, but the parking obviously is a general problem in Saranda. The host helped us find one very near for a fair price. At first glance, the entrance of the building is a little odd, but after 10 minutes walking around, you will see that it is a type of organisation of the buildings, so it is normal.

Exellent apartment! Spacious with two bedrooms, living/dining area, two bathrooms and seaview balcony. Very cosy place with over 100m2 and parking place for car. Well equipped with modern and new house appliances. Apartment is situated in a quiet area, less then 100m from nice beaches, easy to aproach, with restaurants, markets and bakery within 50m walking distance. City center, port and main strand is within 5 minute walking distance. Apartment is ideal for staying in Sarande and gives you opportunity to visit nearby beaches, landmarks, historical places and Ksamil.

O VACANTĂ DE VIS ÎN SARANDA

Apartamentul este mai frumos decât în poze. Utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie într-o casă . Camerele spațioase cu aer condiționat fiecare , băile mari cu tot ce ai nevoie. Proprietarul Tony, un om extraordinar care ne-a recomandat mai multe restaurante unde se mănâncă bine, a fost tot timpul prezent când am avut nevoie. Am fost două familii cazate în locația și-i mulțumim lui Tony ! Anul viitor vom reveni cu siguranță! Din partea noastră 10 +++ !!!👍🏻

Super consigliato!

La casa era molto bella e ben tenuta, pulita, dotata di climatizzatore in ogni locale, terrazzo ampio e spazioso, a due passi dal mare bellissimo. Toni ci ha viziato con vini, grappa, miele e disponibilità ad ogni bisogno!

Se proprio devo trovare un neo, servirebbe qualche coltello in più per pane e verdure e qualche padella un po' più grande, ma noi non abbiamo chiesto, perché alla fine siamo riusciti comunque, altrimenti il proprietario avrebbe sicuramente sopperito alla mancanza.

Top locatie met een geweldige eigenaar!

We verbleven onlangs in dit ruime appartement en waren aangenaam verrast door de centrale ligging en de uitzonderlijke gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. De locatie kon niet beter zijn - dicht bij het strand en er was de mogelijkheid om gratis te parkeren. Wat ons verblijf echt speciaal maakte, was de attente aandacht van de eigenaar. Hij stond ten alle tijden voor ons klaar en was goed bereikbaar via whatsapp. Bovendien deelde hij nuttige tips en advies over dingen om te doen in de omgeving, waardoor ons verblijf nog aangenamer werd. Het appartement zelf was ruim en goed uitgerust, met moderne voorzieningen zoals een tv waar je naar kon streamen, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Al met al was ons verblijf hier een top ervaring en we zouden dit appartement ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf in de stad.
