I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment has a stunning view and felt very clean as soon as I entered. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from beautiful beaches. Malvina was super helpful and even sent me a list of beaches, restaurants, bars, markets.

The only tiny downside was the lack of an elevator, but honestly, the view at the apartment made me forget all about it

Nice apartment close to everything

Malvina the host has been great with communication from time of booking until time to leave. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The apartment is on the fifth floor and they even have a basket to get your bags up and down so you don’t have to carry them. The apartment is walking distance to everything and has lovely water views.

Wonderful secret near the port!

The place is beautiful, very well located near the port, supermarket and other facilities. Malvina is very careful with every detail pinned down. Complementary coffee pods and all... Although its the tip floor of an apartment with no elevator, they've managed to make an mock elevator for the suitcases which is bomb! You can use the washing machine free of charge and even got a goodbye magnet! You won't regret staying at this place, it is superb!

Holiday Apt review

Host Malvina couldnt of been more helpful with list of good dining places, beaches, trips 5☆host. We ferried across from Corfu not something we had done before but really easy. The apartment is a 5 min walk from the port. The only negative was the steps up to the apartment but we where both easily able to manage several times a day. There are pebble beaches literally opposite the apartment though sunbeds are 2000lek/ day. Great holiday and drinks and food very reasonable. If we returned i would have no hesitation in staying here again

Great apartment

Wonderful location, very spacious and comfortable apartment. The host was very responsive, accommodating and gave lots of wonderful recommendations for the area.

Nothing, it was 10/10. I would note the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. It was fine for us, and they also had a luggage machine to bring luggage up, but just be mindful if you cannot walk up stairs this wouldn’t be suitable.

Great stay, great location and great host.

Very nice flat in a great location. Location is unbeatable, close to beaches and all activities yet remaining very quiet. The host, Malvina, is extremely helpful and efficient. She wants to make sure you are having a good time while visiting her town. The Airco during hot days was very appreciated and the balcony was so nice to relax.

Nice apartment with a friendly host in the heart of Sarandë

Nice and clean apartment within walking distance of the beach and the port (with ferries to Corfu). Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful! Great option for staying in Sarandë.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and there is no lift/elevator. This could be an issue for people with reduced mobility. However, they do have a winch for taking up luggage if you are travelling with large bags.

A must stay in Saranda!

A total must stay in Saranda! Malvina was just the best host and nothing was too much bother. Her communication was on point and really efficient. She even offered to pick me up from the bus station, what a treat! The apartment is small but perfectly formed and had everything you could need! Malvina provided a bottle of water and coffee capsules too. There was even free use of the washing machine, what a dream! It was spotlessly clean and instantly felt like home. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sea that I loved while enjoying my breakfast. Even though there is no lift, they have an electric pulley system so your bag can be hoisted to the top, really clever! Close to some brilliant restaurants, the beach is 10 mins away and the supermarket is over the road, perfect! All in all, I loved my stay here and Malvina was just amazing!

Perfect attention to detail, best hostess ever!

Malvina gave exceptionel customer service and replied very fast to any message. The flat was very clean, there was always hot water and there was seperate aircon in both the sittingroom and bedroom. Perfect attention to all details! There was even a table cloth to use if we wanted to. The very easy to use washing machine was worth gold. We did washing every day. The location could not have been better. Very near the port (5 min walk), good restaurants, ATM, large shop and "Africa' beach club. Yes, A little more expensive for sunbeds there, but worth it. Best place to go snorkling. Went to 4 beaches along Saranda city and this was our favourite. Less crowded, good food and friendly staff.

73 steps up to the flat and no lift. (We got fantastic help up with the suitcases though!, big plus!) The bed had a hard mattress.

The apartment we stayed was amazing! Very clean, very comfortable, and has a great location! The beaches, the bars, the restaurants are all near and reachable easily by foot. The host Malvina is the best, she helped us with everything! If we will come back in Saranda, definitely will stay again at Malvina's apartment.

Everything! The apartment super well conditioned, very nice and centric to the port. We even got to do a bit of laundry to continue with our trip. Malvina and her mom are super! Definitely recommend it!

Best place in Sarande.

The best place yet we have stayed in Albania. Malvina and her mother are the best people in town , they will give you a list of all the places you shouldn’t miss as well as recommendations for the surrounding places. The apartment is exactly as described , beautiful view , right in the center and very quiet from 22h. The apartment was spotless clean and we really felt like we were at home there. I will be defiantly coming back ❤️

The best apartment in Saranda. Worth the money and the house had everything you would want your house to have like washing machine, toast, cleaning equipments, coffe machine , wifi, tv, air conditioners and so much more. The host was very very respectful and helpful. We asked her about the best locations where we could order fish and sea food for affordable prices and the places she told us were the best 🥰. Definitely I will come back again next year in this cute apartment ,if i decide to spend my summery vacations in Saranda. I will recommend this place to all my relatives and best friends. Just perfect!

The apartment is fantastic and Malvina is one of the best hosts we've ever encountered. She went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect. The location is amazing since it's right next to the harbour and promenade so you can find a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. just walking distance. The apartment is modern with all the facilities you need and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Bed is also really comfortable and despite being in the center of town you can rest perfectly because it's a tall building and you don't get to hear any noises.

Everything was great, especially very helpful and most kind, the host Malvina, which organized us the pick up from the port and on the end of our visit, she gave us the lift to the port , her own car. She gave us many useful hints like: what to do, where can we eat, what to visit. Apartment is very clean and cozy with incredible view on the sea ,city, night live of Saranda from the balcony. If in the future we will visit Saranda, for sure, will be Malvina's apartment. Thanks Malvina for hosting us in your beautiful apartment

The apartment owner is amazing girl, Malvina helped us from the beginning to book tickets for Sarande. Then she was always in touch to help us with every question we had concerning to our trip. She came with her car, took us from bus station to apartment. Otherwise we should have paid for taxi 25 euro, but she didn’t let us to take a taxi😊 At property she gave us wine as a gift. Property was super clean and had nice smell. Very well equipped, innovative and cosy. It has small nice balcony. She send us guideline about where to go what activities to do, where to eat. We really enjoyed our time in that property. Highly recommended ❤️

really nice, modern apartment close to the beaches and the Main Street of Sarande. with a little balcony with morning sun! very nice and helpful host!

we wanted to have a glass of wine on the balcony, but there were no wine glasses. we also missed a butter knife in the kitchen.

Incredible view of Sarandë from the balcony. Everything was very new, air conditioning was fantastic and cooled the apartment down very fast. Our host was super helpful with recommendations around the area. The area is perfect with lots restaurants and the port is only a short walk away.

Almoust everything, but Malvina was the best host, ever. We made an error during reservation-no problem! We arrived one day later and she picked us up from the bus station! She arranged many things for us, without having us to ask for it. We are really impressed!!! Thanks

Ottima struttura ma ci vuole più trasparenza

La casa è davvero molto bella: nuova, modernamente arredata e pulitissima. Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere tutto. Si trova al terzo piano senza scale, ma è presente un montacarichi per le valigie che risulta molto utile. Inoltre, con 5€ al giorno è possibile prenotare tramite la proprietaria un posto auto nel parcheggio del porto: un grande vantaggio soprattutto in alta stagione, quando trovare parcheggio è difficilissimo.

Il parcheggio, però, dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla casa e il tragitto con le valigie non è proprio ideale. Inoltre consiglio di concordare in modo chiaro l’orario di termine del parcheggio e farselo mettere per iscritto (magari firmato da un addetto), perché a me è stato comunicato un orario il primo giorno, ma al momento dell’uscita mi sono stati richiesti soldi extra sostenendo che avessi superato il tempo. Un altro aspetto da migliorare è la chiarezza dell’annuncio. Nella sezione generale erano presenti foto con una splendida vista mare dal balcone, che è stato uno dei motivi principali della mia scelta. Al momento della prenotazione, però, le uniche opzioni disponibili erano due “appartamenti con balcone”, mostrate solo con foto degli interni e senza immagini della vista, che ho dato per scontato fosse quella pubblicizzata. In realtà la vista era solo laterale e molto diversa da quella mostrata. Ho poi scoperto che in determinati periodi è possibile selezionare un appartamento “con vista mare”, ma questo dovrebbe essere indicato con maggiore trasparenza. Infine, per il pagamento: pur avendo scelto di pagare con carta, come previsto dall’annuncio, mi è stato applicato un 3% di commissioni extra rispetto al prezzo riportato su booking. La proprietaria mi ha avvisato di queste commissioni solo il giorno prima dell’arrivo tramite WhatsApp, quando ormai non avevo alternative. Anche su questo sarebbe opportuno essere più chiari fin da subito.
