Absolutely Perfect Stay!!!

The villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are bright and spacious, the beds extremely comfortable. The location is ideal — close enough to the beach, restaurants, port, promenade, and the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always available for any request or recommendation.

Clean apartment and everything we needed for our short stay right near our place. You can walk just a couple steps to get to the beach.

The location is super-close to the main attractions and the center and right across the street from the bus stop to Ksamil (which is the first in a row, which is great because the bus fills up quickly so we had a place to sit the whole way). The apartment was clean, the host was helpful.

Fridge and kitchen could be little bit cleaner. And suggestion - put a curtain on the shower stall because otherwise it will spray the toilet bowl. everything else is great

Everything Perfect

The vila is amazingliy clean and the staff are very helpful. We arrived earlier than the check in time and they gave us a free room to leave our stuff and shower until our reserved room was cleaned. They changed our sheets and cleaned the rooms. Kitchen has all you need for small cooking. We loved it!

Great location, friendly & very responsive hosts. Modern apartment that was very clean and comfortable

The only warning is that the address on my Booking.com confirmation does not match what is on google maps. I walked 20 minutes in the wrong direction before contacting the host (who was very quick to respond) and getting the proper location. Please update the address on the confirmation emails

Friendly place with kind service for a short stay.

The property is very well located, close to the port and the bus stop towards Ksamil, which I really wanted. Our room was not facing the main street so it was quiet at night. There is a shop and a restaurant next to the hotel where you can eat fresh croissants, so we had breakfast about it. Access to the beach and promenade is also right next door. The apartment is not big, but it is sufficient for a short stay. Everything is very clean and all rooms and furnishings look like new. the beds are comfortable, air conditioning and wifi work fine. Taking a shower floods the bathroom to some extent, but this is probably normal in this area. There is no possibility of making breakfast in the room. There is a small kettle to boil water and a refrigerator. 2 glasses for drinks, 2 small plates and probably 2 cups.

No soap in the bathroom and insufficient equipment with glasses or cups. We were 3 people. I didn't ask for a supplement as we were only staying 1 night.

Perfect place to stay in Sarande

The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a morning dive on the day of checkout and the host allowed me to check out a bit later so that I could shower. They also provided extra towels and hair dryer. The location is perfect, close to everything you may need. The bus stop to Ksamil is literally half an minute walk away. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. When arriving from Berat/Tirana/Gjirokaster, the bus stop is just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

Immaculately clean and spacious apartment.

Spacious and immaculately clean apartment right near the port of Saranda, and close to the centre of town and beginning of the boardwalk. The owners were very friendly, and always smiling!
