Great positioning, close to all you need (shops, beach and everything). The host was really kind and helpful with everything we needed - gave us comfort. The Wi-Fi and AC was good and the shower did great :)
The parking is problematic, but we managed to find a place every time (did not need to pay a 24/7 parking). The kitchen table might be an issue if you're more than two, but you can always use the balcony and it works just fine.
