The host was kind, responsive, and accommodating (allowed early check-in) - strong written English. The location is good - restaurants, supermarkets, bus station and beach all within just minutes of walking distance. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. Kitchen had all the basic I needed. Sufficient internet speed for video calls. Two good AC units kept summer temps at bay. Nice balcony with a sliver of sunset over water - would be more if wanted to raise the canopy.
If you are considering this apartment, you should know it's on the top floor. You want to be ok with stairs.
