Built beside a scenic lake, this family-friendly complex includes on-site access to an outdoor pool and pickleball courts for leisurely outdoor fun. You'll love the added advantage of the condo's ground-floor positioning, and for added convenience, pickleball paddles and balls are provided in the condo along with two adult bikes for easy neighborhood cruising. Downtown Chandler is only three miles away.
At home, enjoy outdoor living on the private patio or relax in the air-conditioned interior while streaming shows on the living room smart TV. A full kitchen has you covered for all your at-home.

We will be staying here again! Right in the middle of everything! 20 minutes from the Mesa Airport! Clean and quiet. Pool is heated! Hot tub and pool are are super clean! Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

The coffee maker didn't work, contacted the property manager, who said that someone would get in touch with me to remedy. I never heard from anyone. I went and bought my own because we were there for 2 weeks. Location is great for the Barrow Institute.
