This spacious unit was a private residence set up as a second home with all amenities for a wonderful vacation. Starting with private stairs leading to your unit, this second story condo is a special space of peace and beauty.
The living room offers a 60” wall mounted Smart Roku TV (which includes basic cable TV on all TVs during the high season of January, February and March) with a sound bar system, a CD/Radio sound, a comfortable recliner and extra seating.
The main bedroom tall sliding glass doors opens to the balcony, giving access to the lake view. Lots of drawers, a 55” wall mounted TV with a Streaming Roku Stick, a shelf with a variety of books to enjoy, a comfortable bed, a walk in closet. The master bathroom has a separate sink to tub and toilet area for privacy and efficiency.
The guest bedroom has its own Smart Roku 50” TV and is set up with a small computer desk and chair for working on a laptop or device charging. The dresser in the closet has a variety of games and puzzles for maximum vacation fun.
Views from the dining room, a full and well equipped kitchen with assorted appliances, pans, dishes for experimenting in the kitchen when taking a break from the restaurants across the lake - and your own RO water filtering system! Full size washer and dryer with iron and board inside your unit.
This second floor condo requires stairs to access it.
The friendly complex is a favorite with the locals who vie for its location, beauty and good maintenance. Three heated swimming pools, an exercise facility, pickle ball courts and winter get-togethers at the Clubhouse.
