Cute little dorm room was perfect for a weekend stay for a family event. I had to think about the Value for Money rating because I've rented 3-bedroom houses for less, but it was an expensive weekend to be in Phoenix. Given that context, the price was reasonable.

We had a very nice stay at the bungalow. It worked well for us as far as location, comfort, security, cleanliness and host helpfulness.The beds were comfortable and it had all the basics plus a nice TV and good AC.
