Even if not mine BOOK before Oct 29 2026 save the 4% fee increase that VRBO is going to go up from that date forward-they don't show these fees anymore because travelers were getting frustrated with them as well as the home owners-we pay an extremely high yearly fee PLUS each booking and that's going up:(! I really enjoyed my stay here and the condo was very clean and had everything I needed for the summer. I felt safe in the area and it was a perfect location only 20 minutes from the airport and very close to downtown Chandler.

The condo was perfect for our purposes. The location was ideal as we had friends that lived very close. Although the pool was a little cool the first week of April, it warmed up enough by the second week. The hot tub wasn't working during our visit - the "pool guy" said that it needed a new heater and he was waiting on condo management to give him the ok to replace it.

The VRBO was ok. We had an issue for about 9 days without the pool, it was not the host's issue. The city of Chandler shut the pool down for some issues.
