The location was great, near downtown Chandler. The character of the units was warm and welcoming with pastel exterior doors. The modern TV was very welcome. The towels were softer than many hotel towels. The pool, although small, was perfect for a small motel. The climate control was easy to use. The hosts were very helpful with any issues.
The listing included coffee, tea and spices, but I only found coffee pods and sugar packets. Since I pack my own tea, it wasn't a problem. The bathroom was small (but so am I, so whatever!) but the lack of a toilet seat cover could have been disastrous if I dropped my toothbrush.

It was cute and the bathroom is very nice.
The bed was a bit low, and we were located right off the street.

Management was friendly and cooperative, the establishment was newly renovated with modern furniture and fixtures. Kitchen had several stocked amenities including coffee and tea. Pool was clean and relatively comfortable temperature. Ease of check in/out.
Bed was uncomfortable, dog hair on sheets upon arrival, light fixture was broken due to dog chewing wires, small gap under door sweep allowed bugs and debris to enter, lots of dog feces in parking lot rocks near pool, housekeeper entered room unannounced an hour prior to checkout while I was in the shower.
