About this bed and breakfast
Enjoy your cozy studio suite! This 250 sq ft studio casita was designed to make you feel at home. It's nestled in a lovely neighborhood with an artificial lake, community pool, hot tub, & basketball and tennis courts! The home is located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway, and surrounded by dining and entertainment. We decorated and furnished the casita for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. To save space, we have installed a murphy bed that folds up against the wall when not in use. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a countertop cooker, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. You also have a large shower, 1GB Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels. This casita is attached to the garage of the main house on the property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a separate entrance. The only shared space on the property is a patio on the west side of the house and the driveway. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!

I was there to play in a Softball tournament and needed a small quiet place to hang out when not playing. The neighborhood is fantastic. Got in late and the address was hard to locate. The place is small but worked great for me. The shower was awesome. The communication with the manager was great via text and email. The only issues I had was the long black hair on the hopefully clean stack of towels, and the toilet paper holder was super loose and fell off. Folded up paper was keeping tension on the screws. The towel holders were also loose and about to fall off. I didn’t have time to go to the pool or any of those facilities. I gave that 3 stars only because it would let me continue without ranking the pool. Several good food options were a short drive away. I’d definitely try to stay here again next year when the tournament comes around.

The space was perfect for my needs. I took the liberty of fixing the hole in the wall due to the door knob. The only negative was the noise from the AC turning on and off.
