Clean and spacious

Alyssa at the front desk was awesome and works very efficiently but needs additional support during popular check in time frames because that work load should not fall on one single person. Parking lot always had easy up front parking available at all times. Room was clean. Bathroom was large. Water pressure was good.
Key cards didn't work for the full stay and had to be rekeyed the second day. Check-in line wait times were very long just due to the number of simultaneous guests seeking assistance. Hotel seems to serve a transient population due to the kitchen in the suites, but it still seemed safe. No basic items to use with the kitchen suite - not even a plate to be able to put leftovers on in the microwave or silverware to eat with. Bed was very squeeky. Towel service is below average.

The room was wheelchair accessible, Very nice size TV, everything expected for suite. Roll-in shower, and plenty of storage space.
The bed was to low for me to get in and out of from my wheelchair without a lot of assistance. The toilet seems to be to be too low also, requiring a lot of effort to get on and off of.
