The staff were very friendly and was very clean like beautiful clean. The facilities offered were also very nice with the laundry center. And thinking that since it is near an airport you would hear planes I didn’t hear any!
I didn’t like that the ice machine was messed up and the times that I went to the front desk I had to wait about a minute for someone to come.

The staff was extremely friendly & more than accommodating!
We had a mishap with the toilet in the middle of the night, & somehow no one had access to a plunger & we were told we had to wait until the morning, then they would send someone up. We went to get our own plunger before they sent anyone.

The front desk staff was excellent, as was General Manager Ron. However, I experienced repeated issues with privacy. Multiple times (thought the days, not one day, throughout our whole stay here) housekeeping entered the room while my underage children were present, including instances when they were still sleeping. I was informed that weekly cleaning would be scheduled and that staff would enter only at those times. Unfortunately, there was no knocking or identification—housekeeping simply walked in, which was concerning. I am worried about my children being disturbed or put in an uncomfortable situation, especially since I had communicated that I preferred no one enter the room outside of typical working hours. I was assured that no one would enter without permission, which was not my experience.
Regarding the front desk team, they are truly outstanding. As for the pricing, I believe it may be somewhat on the higher side compared to the value offered. On a positive note, the location is perfect.
Wifi isn't good, however you need to call a 1-800 number to fix everything, which isn't worth it. Housekeeping constantly entering the room several times without any identification and disturbing my children while asleep. I was in the bathroom and listened to this, they opened the door four times within t minutes! Unacceptable!

Staff was rude and instead of emptying trash they put it back in the room. Also would not give us any towels we had to exchange them for new ones!!!
