The bed and pillow were very comfortable! I was able to sleep very well!

The stay was booked for 3 we received 4 towels. The lobby bathroom was grosssss and the front desk said that would be handled in the morning. We needed a handicap room which at first glance was great, until the shower curtain fell down, the dispensers were faulty. The bed frame stuck out further than the mattress and I slammed my shin. Beds were ery uncomfortable and the shades were difficult.

Upon arriving we were greeted by Dottie who is the perfect example of how you would like to check in for a visit. What a sweet , wonderful lady. The room was very large and the bathroom was huge. Very clean. Coffee was available 24/7 and they do serve breakfast which we didnt have due to other plans that AM.
