The location was GREAT! The beds were also quite comfortable and the layout of the room felt spacious for a two queen bedroom. Overall, not terrible for being in downtown Chandler and walking distance to a lot of activities. Staff was friendly.
There was a funky smell throughout the hotel that we didn't enjoy. Not enough to make it miserable, just noticeable. Also, the elevators and our shower weren't the cleanest, but nothing crazy to make our stay unpleasant.

Location & Britney was great at the front desk.
There was a giant stain on the carpet in my room that looked like it had not been cleaned. For the price, the bed should be cushier and more comfortable. Other than that it was good. Oh, and they charged me $15 to park in a parking structure that was free for the public! Not cool!

The location was perfect
Upon arriving, the staff at the check-in desk was very rude. The person did not explain where the room was, nor did they explain parking. Very unprofessional and rude when I asked basic questions.
