We loved The Cays and would definitely revisit. Requesting a different condo.
As we were not happy with #160. 1. Being on the 1st floor over the garage is very cold. 2. Location of condo over garage entrance is undesirable. You can hear the chainlike open and close. 3. The furniture, leather sofa, chair, and beds in both bedrooms were uncomfortable. 4. Carpeting in both bedrooms were very dirty. 5. Kitchen utensils and dishes were undesirable for the cost of the rental - such as, melmac dishes and very cheap eating utensils. 6. I reported that the ice maker was not working. I did not get a call for repair. I have photos, if needed.

Condo was as advertised! Very clean and well stocked. Very close to restaurants and golf courses. Manager was very responsive and helpful!

Was perfect for our needs. We needed a two month rental in summer (son was doing internship nearby). Love the Chandler area and Ocotillo neighborhood. Restaurants nearby were great. Unit was very clean and spacious. Pool and outdoor areas were great. Appreciated the security of the building and underground parking. Elevator in our building seemed to be down a lot. Had two minor maintenance requests, which were addressed right away. If we need to come back, would stay here again for sure.
