About this house rental
Stay comfortably in a historic industrial building that used to store firetrucks for Chandler Arizona. Building has been converted into 2 separate units So you can have privacy if you rent one unit or rent out both units to be with your friends at the same time. Property boast a large patio which is shared with both units there is plenty of seating to enjoy the summer nights. Citrus trees in lush grass area where you can help your self to a orange or lemons. take a stroll to down town chandler where there is plenty of night life full of bars, restaurants, eclectic shops and comedy clubs. Spend the day at San Marcos Golf course or the Chandler Center of Arts. If you are a early riser there is a wonderful farmers market as well, all within walking distance. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This beautiful property offers plenty of space for guests as well as private parking for 2 vehicles. There is free wifi, bathroom amenities are provided and kitchenettes are stocked for light cooking. Enjoy all that Chandler has to offer when you stay at our place.

Very nice place, excellent for the two of us. Place was clean neighborhood was quiet. The only thing lacking might’ve been a toaster oven or something that we could heat things up in neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed staying on the back porch just reading and listening to the birds. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. Spacious/ clean and convenient. The listing is accurate and we would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thoughtful touches like coffee and an emergency toothbrush if needed were very pleasant surprises! A quiet and relaxing place to spend a getaway!
