About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home! We are offering a fully furnished, fully stocked 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage home on a 6K+ sq ft corner lot in the desirable Cooley Station neighborhood. We have stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a walk in tile shower in the master, cozy fireplace in one of the two living rooms. One of the four bedrooms is located in the 1st floor. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a queen bed with the exception of the Master which has a King. We are also pet friendly with a mid size doggy door and a two way kennel. You'll have access to:

-Several parks and greenbelts.
-One of the major perks of this home is you are in biking distance to the new Verde at Cooley Station. Some of the amenities there are:

Nikki was great and very easy to work with. The house was set up and decorated very well. We took photos of some of the features. My husband now has a new project for our fireplace. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Our guest came to perform at the Higley Center for Performing Arts. As a host, we loved the proximity of the house. Mall, freeway so close.
