The condo was located at a perfect location for my training at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, just shy of 10 minutes so I was able to come back to the condo for lunch. The property was suited for our needs to stay for 6 days

The condo was very clean. We found everything as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend everyone consider using this condo. Host’s were vey easy to communicate with- no issues. We had a great stay and hope to do it again.

Condo was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. Host provided excellent directions and instructions and was very easy to communicate with. Condo was very quiet, much more than we thought it would be for such a large complex. Won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Good place for a weekend stay - not so clean around the condo, though. Thermostat doesn’t go below 72 degrees - which would’ve been nice to know prior. Massive cockroach appeared in the shower - had to spray around to kill it and keep the others away. Someone’s hair dangling off the TV too which was kinda gross.. no cleaning supplies for washer/dryer either.. messy around/beneath/in the couches.. other than that it’s a nice little spot though, I like the overall layout of the condo and the master bedroom shower is very nice (minus the cockroaches lol) decent stay for little over a week. Kinda difficult justifying the price tho with these issues for this long of a stay. Although the booking was somewhat short notice - I did message the owners prior to booking and they accepted with the understanding of my longer-term-stay circumstances. Owners did acknowledge the issues as they came across though which was good.
