Spacious, beautifully updated home in gated San Marcos Country Club golf community. Soaring ceilings, new flooring throughout, modern bathroom, bright and open kitchen with granite counter tops, and new stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances. This home is in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by a golf course and million dollar homes in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping and freeways. Xtras: high speed internet, 3 big TV's, gas BBQ, patio, bike, heated(Mar.1->Nov.1) pool. Easy self-check-in with code lock. Board games and movies avail for entertainment.

The owner was responsive when issues came up during our stay. There was bottled water in the fridge when we arrived which was nice. Eateries within a mile. A/C worked well. We have stayed at numerous rentals while vacationing and this place was by far not what we have experienced before. kitchen counters were dirty, second bedroom had numerous dust bunnies on the floor. The place needs deep cleaning. It took almost a week to get the pool clear enough to feel like we could get in. We won’t be returning to this house again.
