Within walking distance is a public park that gives you access to a children’s playground, huge greenbelt, 2 Volleyball courts, 4 Tennis courts, & a Basketball court as well. The neighbors in the community are quiet and the complex is well kept.
The community pool is heated and there also a spa as well! A gas grill is also in the pool area if you’d like to grill for a few nights during your stay!
Just 15.7 miles to/from Phx Sky Harbor Airport or Phoenix – Mesa Gateway is only 12.4 miles away!
Easy access to highways - located 2.8 miles from the Loop 101 & 1.2 miles from Arizona Ave
Closest sporting events and Spring Training facilities.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.

The condo had every single kitchen amenity you could ask for- especially for preparing a Christmas dinner. Very clean, lots of extra bedding, towels and a starter paper goods was appreciated. The pool and hot tub were clear bonuses for us and it was like having a private spa as there was only one other guest out the entire time we were there. Very responsive in communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Loved the location, but some amenities were not there. No laundry soap, kleenex or paper towels. No large mixing bowl. The grill is very old and needs to be replaced as we could not ignite it.
