Excellent!

The apartment is amazing! Fabulous view, spacious living room, cozy and detailed interior design. Can’t recommend it more! Although the location is quite remote, we like how quiet and scenic the area is. The host is nice and helpful.

Nothing to complain at all, just a minor thing that one of the room is outside of the apartment door and located in a relatively open space (top of the staircase).

Superb

Location of this house is at family farm, high at the mountain. Place and view is perfect to enjoy vacation and rest. Car is a must for this location. Flat is spacious and has big enough space to spend time together of larger group. Owners are very friendly and their hospitality was great.

There is very weak mobile coverage given the place and internet connectivity available in the house breaks quite often. However, if you are there for a vacation, this can be treated as a plus. If you plan to use this place with more than 4 adults count with the fact that 4 beds are at 2 galleries with low ceiling. One of them is rather for kids only, who like that place very much.

Excellent place to wind down and enjoy stunning alpine views though a car is mandatory to get around

The property is much better than advertised!* It is spacious, contemporary, very friendly hosts (!), very nice and quiet location (countryside on a mountain, away from any city hectic). Nice walking trail(s) right from the front door, stunning views from the property. By car very centrally located to explore the beauty of Saalachtal, Loferer Steingebirge, Steinplatte, (A), Berchtesgadenerland (D), Salzburg city, etc. *The big apartment is divided over 3 floors. First floor has bathroom, washing machine and dryer section, separate toilet, spacious balcony access. From there, via hallway with bench and coat rack, a stairway to the second floor's small hallway with access to: A] spacious living area with fireplace (tile oven) and open kitchen (fully equipped), additional small hall with access to 2 double bedrooms, bathroom (shower, bath, double sink, toilet). From the living room a stairway to a (3rd) small double bedroom in the attic. B] a stairway to a 4th small double bedroom in the attic.

Not a problem for us but good to know: The property is not very suitable for those finding difficulty handling stairs. There is no elevator. Bedroom 3 and 4 are less suited for tall people. Due to its location, shopping for daily needs is to be planned carefully.

Place was just what we needed...awesome country feel and relaxing after seeing the cities!

They don't offer breakfast but the kitchen worked great for the second morning...we cooked in the modern kitchen!

Top-Familien-Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung bietet super Platz für 6 Erwachsene mit 4 kleineren Kindern. Sie ist hell, freundlich und bietet 2 verstecktere Schlafräume, die super heimelig sind. Man darf für diese nur nicht zu groß sein. Wir haben auf der Wiese vor dem Haus gegrillt und konnten die herrlichen Sommerabende mit dem traumhaften Bergpanorama genießen. Da es ringsum viel Platz und Natur gibt, haben die Kinder auch genug Raum zum Toben und Spielen.

Etwas mehr Geschirr, v.a. Teehäferl und Müslischalen, wäre bei Vollbesetzung der Ferienwohnung wünschenswert.
