Superb breakfast

Absolutely wonderful!

The location of this property was excellent...removed from the hustle and bustle of town and beautifully situated in a peaceful spot. We stayed in an apartment which accomodated our family beautifully and had great mountain views. The presence of farm animals and a playground made this an ideal house for a family with children. The owners were most helful and accomodating, and the breakfast wonderful. We would definitely return!

Perfect Country Retreat

The Stutz family were wonderful hosts, and our apartment was perfect. It was clean, well supplied, comfortable, and serene. The top floor apartment was very large with modern comforts, and my family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. The many windows and skylights were nice to have. We stayed 5 days to explore Berchtesgaden & Salzburg. When it was time to leave, we wished we were spending our whole trip here. We loved our time here and hope to return!

A quiet peace of heaven away from home for all ages.

Everything. This was a place of peace & comfort to rest and recharge. The view is outstanding and the animals and play equipment were ideal for children. I didn’t want to leave. Great place to stay for day trips to surrounding attractions.

Exceptional

Very amazing location, stunning views, animal farm with access to rabbits. The breakfast was very good - eco, fair, homegrown or made. The staff was helpful, friendly und cooperative, even allowed to pay through a bank transfer instead of cash. The area is picturesque and has red deer feeding viewings every day plus other fun activities to do.

Somehow there was a misunderstanding about the number of people. Therefore, we had 3 thick blankets and breakfast plates not four. The reservation page on Booking should say that payment with cards isn't available..

Very good

The hosts were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with quality ingredients. The house is beautiful with magnificant view on the mountains. We loved the animals. The room was clean and with a nice Space. The location is perfect.

It was very noisy early in the morning(7h30), drill was being used next door and kids running on the corridor. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Quiet location with mountain view and lots of greenery. Friendly host and the breakfast has.variety of food like bread, cheese,ham, eggs, cereals, fruits etc with different types of beverages.

Only cash is accepted for payment, will be more convenient if they can accept credit card.

super nice hosts and warm welcoming! caring and respond to needs for the stay! the room is cozy, warm and very calming with direct view towards mountain 🏔 and cows 🥰🥰🥰 and both the house and our room are of course super clean!!!

Beautiful countryside views, friendly hosts, and delicious Bavarian breakfast

First of all, the view was incredible! Surrounded by mountains and hearing the gentle clang of the cowbells, you couldn’t forget you were in the heart of Bavaria (especially since every room has a balcony). The breakfast was very, very tasty and there was more than we could possibly eat. They also had a nice selection of drinks available in a fridge in the common area, which was nice because the location is a bit secluded and no restaurants/bars open late, so we were still able to have a few beers.

It would have been nice to know when settling the bill at checkout that they accept cash only (no cards), but there is a bank about a 5 minute drive away so it wasn’t a big deal to go and take out more cash.

Perfect location, lovely staff (family business), great facilities!

The landlady, Johanna, was genuinely cheerfull all the time. The View (Apartment #5) of the mountains was incredible. The room was upscale and didn't leave any wishes unfulfilled.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Aussicht und viel Grün

Die Lage ist traumhaft, das ganze Haus sehr schön, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, der Garten ist weitläufig, schön angelegt und nicht zu vergessen die lieben Esel und Tiere. Tolle Gastgeber.

Wunderbare Lage, sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir kamen per Bahn und konnten alles gut mit Bus und Rufbus erreichen. Abends etwas längere Strecke zum nächsten Gasthaus.

Idyllisch

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus umgeben von Watzmann , Hochkalter und Reiteralpe , sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Das ganze Hause ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet . Biosphärenfrühstück zubuchbar , sehr reichhaltig und regional. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Wirtin . Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Gästehaus.
