Beautiful brand new construction. Very tasteful interior and furnishings. Well furnished kitchen. Beautiful surrounding. Beautiful views. Very peaceful. Great location to explore the Berchtesgadener Land. Highly recommend.

perfect and beautiful place

This is one of the rare places where everything is perfect: place, decoration, comfort, price and service. Perfect for summer vacation, perfect for longer or shorter stay. Wonderful mountain view from the balcony and windows, small but cute kitchen with Vileroy&Bosch plates, big comfortable bed, nice bathroom. One can go to the city centre in 10 minutes by foot and the are nice promenades around the house. There is Edeka supermarket on walking distance from the house. We will come again

Very nice few days @ the Boardinghouse

Great location, view on the mountains, warm and clean. Good internet connection for few days of work on the road. Very nice bathroom and shower 👌 Apartment well equipped with most appliances you would need. Easy check-in and communication with the host was a breeze 👌

The sink in the kitchenette area didn’t have any space where to place washed dishes, pots to dry :/

Beautiful room with a wonderful view

It actually exceeded our expectation, the penthouse #6 was our room and I can tell you it worth every penny I spent. Kitchen has everything you might need, Nespresso machine was inside the room but you buy the capsule from the reception or bring your own. My wife and I prepare our own breakfast which means you need to stop at the super market and buy things for your stay + snacks.

You must have food with you since the super market closes around 6 or 8 p.m.

Das Boardinghouse hat eine Toplage mit fantastischem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Vom Haus aus gibt es unzählige Wanderwege, die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Unser Appartment war sehr sauber, mit schönem Bett und einer sehr guten Matratze. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Wir haben in der Küche eine Teekanne vermisst und einbischen bedauert, dass in der Dusche keine Seife zur Verfügung gestellt war.

房东很积极，会提前帮忙办理游客卡。住的很舒适，景色也很美，停车很方便，去景点也比较近。厨房设备很齐全，洗澡热水很足，楼下前台还配调料包，很惊喜！主要是床铺很舒服，就算每天都在下雨，但是房间内不潮湿，整体舒适感很好。

希望最好能在预定的时候提前通知一下没有配备洗澡用品如：洗发水，沐浴露之类的。以备我们租客提前自行准备，谢谢！

Gute Location in Bad Reichenhall - abseits und doch nahe. Empfehlung!

Die Lage ist für eine Zeit in Bad Reichenhall ideal: Erhöht am Hang im Grünbereich gelegen blickt man auf die Stadt herunter. Dennoch fußläufig nur ~ 15 Min. von der Altstadt und Saline entfernt...mit ca. 60 m Höhenunterschied. Sehr unkompliziert ist das Ein- und Auschecken. Ein kleines Mißverständnis meinerseits wurde vom Vermieter freundlich und entgegenkommend schnell gelöst: Super! Vielen Dank. WLAN klasse, das kleine Badezimmer mit Regendusche, Riesen-TV-wer's braucht. Alles sauber und einwandfrei. Und der Kühlschrank mit Getränken im Eingang - Klasse.

Nicht gefallen wäre zuviel gesagt. Ich bitte die folgenden Punkte als konstruktive Kritik zu verstehen: die Küchenausstattung ist eher als Basisausstattung zu sehen - eher zum Aufwärmen als zum richtigen Kochen geeignet. Bei der Beleuchtung wäre für meine Begriffe noch Luft nach oben (ich bin allerdings vom Fach).

Top Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, gerne wieder!

Das Boardinghouse liegt in einer ruhigen Lage des Ortes Bayrisch Gmünd. Auf dem Grundstück des Hauses sind Parkplätze in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung. Der Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon ist ein echter Blickfang!

Einer der beiden Fernseher in der Wohnung hatte keine SAT-Verbindung, aber dass war eher nebensächlich.
