Country View House with Hot tub -Norfolk Broads

It is a splendid country house with incredible view, comfy beds and very cosy atmosphere around it. There is a pub just around the corner, King’s Arm, and it is more than expected, food and their ale ….And owner was so good and helpful, we had really good bank holiday weekend there. 'Home from home!' Beautifully presented modern house. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into this home. It is very, very clean. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is supplied and lots, lots, more. This 5* holiday rental is exceptional and beyond what we expected or hoped for. As first guests, we were unsure what to expect as there were no reviews. We were not disappointed. Communiction from Mark was always prompt. This 5* holiday rental really is exceptional and beyond what we had expected or hoped for. Beautiful fresh flowers and complimentary bottle of wine were greatly appreciated. We spent most of our time in the warm conservatory, overlooking the garden Added bonus for us, dogs are welcome, which is fantastic. The quiet, private back garden is secure and pet friendly, with an outstanding view to the rear landscape. Outside furniture, BBQ supplied. Quiet village location and the village folk are incredibly friendly and chatty. The 'Kings Arms' pub in the village supplies quality food in beautiful surroundings. As a guest of the village, we were able to get 10% off our final bill. We enjoyed our lunch and can highly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed. We look forward to a further visit soon. Wifi very poor, my husband was unable to access work emails on his laptop. Beautiful 'Smart' TV did not work very well due to poor internet connection. We informed Mark the owner, and he has advised that 'Fibre' Connection, is due to go in any day, which will sort out this problem. How can you improve on perfection? A small vanity unit and stool in one of the bedrooms would have been helpful. Also, a long wall mirror. A washing line or clothes horse would have been very useful to dry clothes. Better quality pillows. A few more quality coat hangers. After paying outstanding balance, instructions for collecting keys should be given. We feel the evening before is too late.
