The Barn, Norfolk Broads

Fabulous location, quiet and rural. Lovely farmhouse. Great location for the seaside, the broads and shopping in Norwich. Perfect for a large family. The sun rise over the marshes was fantastic!

Everything was great, apart from an issues with the water pressure which meant showers were not that good, but still just about adequate. However the Host worked hard for our whole stay to sort the water pressure issue, for which I am sure he will have solved very soon

It was a large well house with large communal areas such as the kitchen adjacent dining room and a separate living room. The bedrooms all had access to bathrooms and were a good size. It was very good value. The location is excellent with lovely views and beautiful sunrises. There is a nature reserve nearby.

The garden would benefit from a small tidy but was a lovely addition to host and let the children play

Lovely big rooms.

No dish cloth. Only one tablet for dishwasher. Only one bedside lamp per room. Duvet covers on some beds need replacing. Some towels need replacing. Bathroom floors need hoovering and washing afeet each guest. No hooks in any bathrooms and the two linked bedrooms - where are guests supposed to hang wet towels and clothes? Jack and Jill shower is impossible to regulate temperature and unable to be used.
