Spacious Dog-Friendly Home Close To Norfolk Coast

Felt very homely, the wine and biscuits were a lovely surprise and very welcome, kids loved the bunk beds

TV broken in snug and unable to use fruit machine or jukebox, fan in loft room was broken.

Lovely property. covers all catering needs. Location is central for a base to visit local areas

Beautiful clean home, plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 3 teenagers, everything had been thought about. The owners left a welcome gift of wine and cookies which was a very nice touch.

Having to leave 😀, would have been nice to have a few more games to play in the evenings.

The location of the house is great with lots of attraction within 10-20 minutes drive. The house is well stocked in terms of cutlery, plates, bedding etc it had everything we needed.

Unfortunately the house just wasn't clean, there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere and many of the insides of the cupboards were dirty with food stains. The house felt quite run down and needed a revamp, there was a handle missing off of one of the windows, cracks in walls and most of the outdoor furniture was unusable because of how old and falling apart it was. It didn't affect our stay as such but having paid nearly £3000 for 1 week i atleast expected it to be clean. We were messaged before our stay to let the owner know if anything was broken upon arrival. It would've taken ages to compile a list as there was so much that was broken or not right. There were stains and rips on the sofa, rips in blankets that smelt like wee, broken chairs etc. The house could also do with better signage as both of our group struggled to find it. The jukebox didn't work and the slot machine doesn't reach a plug, so unless you have an extention lead with you, you're unable to use that either, so don't get excited about either of those.
