The amenities were great. Even the basics like washing up liquid, kitchen towel and hand soap were provided which makes all the difference. It has spacious outdoor space, and inside was beautifully furnished and a comfortable living space.

The signage to the property could be better as it’s a small sign and was covered by the rubbish bins.

Lovely modern holiday home

Lovely modern property. Great space for our family of 8. Amazing location, was 15/20 minutes from places like Bewilderwood, Great Yarmouth and Pettitts.

Had an issue with a leak in the ceiling and contacted management but heard nothing back. Kitchen could do with more frying pans/oven trays to cater for the amount of people that could occupy the property All the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and could do with being replaced.

Property was lovely, open plan and had lots of space for us.

Nothing we didn’t like we just said maybe a coffee machine would be good and there is plenty of room outside for a hot tub x

good family accommodation which gave us a great base to holiday in Norfolk.

spacious, clean, good quality fixtures and fittings. if the sensors had been working the environmentally friendly power saving would have been a real pleasure. large dining area was great. utility was great.

for the price/rating I would expect both the inside and outside to be pristine. The garden outside was strimmed but generally shabby and the outside furniture and bbq needed to be deep cleaned. unable to use.

Superb

- good parking -very clean -good hosts -spacious -value for money Very happy with this property and very happy to recommend to anyone. Great for big groups as there is plenty of space inside and out. great for cooking dinners and playing games with big groups.

-Only thing I can think of is the beds are a bit small (Some are probably not even quite a double) and you can feel the springs. Everything else was great.

We had a brilliant few days in a fantastic house. Soo lovely to get the whole family together under one amazing roof.

The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of space for us all.

The location was good. Close to lots of local attractions and beaches.

There could have been more rooms with twin beds, or beds that could be made up as single or double. In some rooms there was no hanging space just drawers and in a room with a cupboard there were no hangers.

Nice clean but bed mattresses a big let down!

2 of the bed mattresses were awful which gave us backache! After paying so much money we would expect comfortable mattresses at the very least. Some mattresses were fine but 2 were awful

The property had loads of space and was clean

the rooms didn’t have locks, was difficult to attain wifi details, other properties I have booked during Christmas had a Christmas tree put up which felt more festive, this house was very basic and unfortunately boring and the mattress was awful could feel springs so overall not worth the price.

Very nice looking cottage, all up to modern standards. stayed with a huge family and everyone loved it.

some of the lights towards the bbq hut weren’t working.

Excellent property, and we all had a lovely time out in the countryside.

A great location for a holiday as lots to do locally, near to the seaside and lots of local pubs and restaurants to eat at. A very lovely looking and spacious property. Excellent bathrooms and en-suites. Spacious open plan living areas. Very large dining room. Plenty of parking space…

Some of the garden still needs returfing, but it is a very newly rented property and this is planned for the near future.
