Very straightforward
Shower was unduly complex and defeated my limited intellect. What is the point of having so many unlabelled buttons!

Good location, clean and tidy
Not that I don’t like anything but the room I had was starting to look a bit tired. Towels were grey and raggy on the edges, water stains (scale) on various pipes and inside the bottom of the toilet bowl. Shower head needs replacing.

The location is unbeatable and there is some limited parking on a first-come-first-served basis.
This was once a boutique studio-style room. However, it had not seen upkeep in such a long time. There was long hair (we're bald!) over quite a bit of the shower area and lots of mould. broken tiles where fittings had been moved and a hole in the wall blocked with loo tissue. Wallpaper was peeling in the bed area and one side of the bed had nowhere to but glasses, tissues, book etc at night. The floor was filthy - I walked around after showring (I avoid the door area) and my feet were dirty again before I had chance to get some socks on.
