Muy cómodo y bien ubicado. El anfitrión muy atento nos dejó entrar un poco antes y salir un poco después, lo que nos facilitó la vida con un bebé de 3 meses.

Por poner alguna pega, había una alfombrilla en el suelo de la ducha que no daba mucho gusto pisar descalzos. Recomendaría ducharse con chanclas

What an amazing stay! The apartment is in the perfect location only a 7-minute walk from the train station, so there’s no need to waste money on a taxi. Despite being in the city center, the street is incredibly quiet and I slept wonderfully every night. Just around the corner is a beautiful square and an incredible rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views over all of Florence. I honestly spent hours there just enjoying the scenery. The building has an elevator with step-free access, which was a huge advantage, especially for older guests or anyone with luggage. There’s also a lovely cafe nearby serving delicious fresh pastries for breakfast. If you’re looking for an authentic local Florence experience rather than a typical tourist stay, this is the place to book. As an extra bonus, the owner even helped organize an unforgettable wine tasting tour in Chianti, which became one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The location is excellent there’s a police station nearby, which creates a strong sense of safety and peace of mind. The building has just been renovated and the entrance is clean, tidy and well-maintained. lt's always nice to come back. A big advantage is the elevator starting from the ground floor, which is incredibly convenient when you have luggage. The sleeping arrangements are great all three beds are full-sized, comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a sofa chair, so up to four people can stay if needed. The mattresses are brand new, about 25 cm thick and very comfortable, I slept really well. Overall, only positive impressions. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an unforgettable stay! The location is absolutely stunning, with everything within walking distance. Right next to the apartment, there’s a charming restaurant offering a fixed menu with authentic Tuscan cuisine and we loved it so much that we went there every single day. The building has an elevator, which was incredibly convenient since we were traveling with heavy suitcases. And a special highlight the mattresses had just been replaced with brand new 25 cm ones they were exceptionally comfortable and gave us the deepest, most restful sleep. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect and relaxing getaway!
