The hotel is perfect for access to rail station. The neighborhood is dirty, no amenities at the hotel, mosquitos in the room, no daily service and no second roll of toilet paper available. The access to restaurants was good and the management responded fairly quickly to requests. Definitely a two star hotel.

A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem which could not be fixed in one visit. So they moved us to another room, which was great except there was no drainage in the shower - we could not have the water running for more than a minute, otherwise we would flood the bathroom and the neighbors downstairs. The staff did not respond to our requests to fix the problem (it was a weekend, so I am guessing they were off duty). Other than that, it was a nice and very convenient place to stay.

The room itself was plain & simple but adequate for a short stay. The bathroom would have been fine if the shower drained away more quickly. After a short time the shallow tray overflowed. The staff we saw were pleasant to deal with but the check in system is not very customer friendly. We were given the wrong telephone number to phone for entry when the reception was closed.

Nice room in comfortable position. Cleaning and Maintainance could be improved. However, it is not really an hotel but an airbnb. The reception is never open. And the whole checkin/checkout process is confusing. I did not like that the check in was done through whatsapp.....

The location, access service and communication was good, but the room had a terrible smell specially in the bathroom that we almost threw up. The building also smell bad, if you are okay with that then you can stay there. I wished they had air freshener inside the bathroom to aliviate the smell.

I really hate to give a bad review of this place bacause the staff is very kind and helpful. But it is a health hazard. There is black mold in the walls and it smells awful. I have been to places that has a bit of mold, it easily happens in humid climates. But this was too much. And unfortunately they do not clean properly. Nice personal and location but the room appears to be quite old, with also so insulation, from inside and outside the room. This includes for instance a single glass window, very difficult to close and that let all the noise form outside enter the room (fortunately the street is quite calm during night time). The towels were also not really clean and the masters quite old.

Hair on the bed , we couldn't find reception as no instruction where it was. They sent an email asking what time we are going to arrive when we checked in already. After check-out ask to send our passport copy. Weird.... it is like AiRBNB , self check in ....
