This apartment is 7 minute walk to the Santa Maria Novella station. It's also very close to the Uffizi and academy galleria. It's also very close to the main attractions in Florence.
The unit is in a basement. It has a slight humidity odor when I entered the apartment. There is a humidifier in the bedroom, but it's small and cannot pull out the moisture in the room fast enough to remove the musty odor. There is a carpet right in the bathroom, which accumulates water when you step outside the shower. This carpet should be removed to prevent mold from building up, There is a 36 Euros city tax that is not specified in the listing, which renter will need to pay before check out. Some of the towels have stain on them. When we moved in, the trash can used by the previous guess wasn't emptied.
