Amazing room for excellent value. Very close to the superb Matsumoto castle. Very nice hosts and atmosphere.
The security of the room was very weak. Only a flimsy piece of wood with a lock. Could use a bit more attention.

ロケーションが良かった。近くのコインパーキング安い。オーナーが親切で安心出来た。
2回のベランダに網戸がなく、泊まった部屋はまだエアコン無しだったので、暑さが心配だった。レトロな扇風機は雰囲気があって良かったが🤭

The property has a very convenient location, with easy access from Matsumoto Station and beautiful surrounding scenery. The area is quiet yet well-connected with many shops nearby. The interior is well-equipped and provides an authentic Japanese living experience, including a traditional tatami room.
The kitchen cleanliness could be improved. It would also be helpful to provide clearer printed instructions or house rules for check-in, check-out, garbage disposal, and how to use the facilities.
